Company History
Audio Sounds Electronics, Inc. was founded in Miami, Florida in 2001 and quickly established itself as a leading provider of audio and public address systems. With the ongoing demand to meet our customer’s needs, Audio Sounds Electronics quickly added security systems to its lines of products.
Product Warranty
All products sold by Audio Sounds Electronics carry a 180 day Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturers defects and at the discretion of Audio Sounds Electronics will be repaired or replaced. See Returns for directions. Any product that is not covered by this warranty will be clearly marked.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping costs will be added at the time of purchase and is based on your location and weight of products purchased. Audio Sounds Electronics does not front load shipping costs in our prices. Some companies offer free shipping but you will end up paying a higher unit price.
- Damage caused by shipping is the responsibility of the shipper and shipping carrier.
- Shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility on all returns including warranty returns to Audio Sounds Electronics, Inc.
- All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped 24 hours after purchase if possible.
Returns Policy
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be made within a period of 30 days from the day that you received the merchandise.
- No returns are accepted on special orders.
- No returns are accepted after 30 days of the day you received the merchandise.
- All returns including warranty returns require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). To obtain this number you must complete and submit a copy of the RMA Form. Please follow all the instructions on the form. If the RMA Form is completed correctly, we will then e-mail you the RMA Form along with the RMA#.
- If the information on the RMA Form is incomplete the RMA# can not be issued and your request will not be processed.
- Do not send any items other than the ones specified on the RMA form.
- Please remember repairs take time. Your patience will be required for this.
- Audio Sounds Electronics will not be responsible for loss of usage of the product during the period of time while the merchandise under warranty gets repaired or replaced; nor will a loaner product be made available.
- All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories, wires, manuals and instructions.
- Any alterations or modifications to any product will void all existing warranties to the product and void the 30 day return policy.
- All merchandise with physical damage will be refused.
- Audio Sounds Electronics retains the right to refuse any abused equipment, return the shipment to you and decline any replacement, repair or credit.
